Presentation abstract: "Management loves the control, the Board loves the reporting, IT loves the single platform - but the end users complain? Why? And do we care if the business case is met? Who are these users? Should they be involved earlier in the process; should there be more UAT and training? Do any of them want to be super users? There are tools to offer a better end-user experience. Were they in scope?"
