DSP’s new corporate identity.
on 1st Aug 2008DSP reveal - the only way is up for users of Managed Services.
As Oracle and Microsoft specialists DSP Global Ltd have unveiled their new corporate identity. Now to be known as DSP Managed Services, they have a stylish new logo and benefit-driven strapline: Uptime. All the time.
But what’s in a name? From their existing customers’ point of view, DSP’s founders insist nothing at all. In fact, they're at pains to stress that: “DSP are still the same committed team of professionals dedicated to delivering the high-quality managed services that our customers have grown to rely on.”
What’s significant is that the new ID offers a far clearer articulation of DSP’s mission, namely, to be the managed services organisation that sets the ‘gold standard’ for uptime. As the founders put it:
“Uptime for us isn’t just about keeping our customers’ systems up and running 24*7– that’s only the starting point. They also know we can help move their businesses up by painlessly upgrading them. On top of which, we make sure they always feel up about the secure and cost-effective way their systems are being taken care of.”
Founded in 1999 primarily as a 24*7 managed services provider (MSP) covering the entire technology stack from operating system, database to applications, DSP also offer a full range of professional services. Working to best-practice methodologies, they can provide everything from individual consultants to complete project teams (functional and/or technical) with specific niche Oracle, Oracle E-Business Suite, Microsoft, SharePoint and Citrix skills. Customers can also look to DSP for ongoing monitoring, management, prediction and reporting across all of their supported estate.
Today, DSP counts some of the best-known companies in the world among its clients, including clients in several high profile sectors like Gaming, Travel and Transport, Higher Education, Financial Services, Hedge Funds, Business Services, Retail, Telecommunication and Charity.
The founders explain this success to a simple formula: “Businesses, large and small, all demand the same thing from their MSP – peace of mind – and our existing customers get that from us, which is why we’ve never lost one to date. Now this new ID will let potential customers know just where they can come to find it, too.”
If there’s anything at all you’d like to discuss, please don’t hesitate to give us a call – we’d love to hear from you and would welcome your feedback.
With warm regards,
DSP Managed Services
