Get an DSPtime Account - for a "pay-as-you-use" support services
All of DSP’s support services are allocated via an account of working hours called DSPtime which provides time for any of the services you require. For 'pay-as-you-use' support contracts whether for Database, Application, Operating System or Networks, DSP’s services are all allocated via a DSPtime account using micro billing increments.
DSPtime has been developed in conjunction with the needs of our customers and our experiences over a number of years. We believe it is the most cost effective and flexible billing model.
Time taken from this DSPtime account is measured in 15 minute units, which for remote access makes a highly cost effective “pay-as-you-use” solution. If a remote task takes 15 minutes that is all you pay for.
Monthly reporting provides our clients with a breakdown of consumption by service and time used from the DSPtime account. This allow budgeting to be controlled more effectively and quickly will identify where money is being spent or saved.
DSPtime also enables Burstable Support as it provides uncapped resources for the host organisation, either through a managed service agreement or on an emergency ad-hoc basis.

By providing our customers with automated monitoring and alerting, via secure email and SMS, any one of our experienced DBAs can effectively care for multiple databases concurrently from our London HQ. Whenever alerts or potential problems are detected within a monitored database, they login into your system and are usually be able to resolve the problem with a routine APPS, DBA or OS maintenance task.

DSPtime – Option to pre-purchase remote resource in pay-as-you-use 15-minute chunks on a sliding scale – so the more time you purchase, the cheaper it becomes.
Daily – Functional Consultants on-site are charged on a day-rate basis
Two grades of business hours:
Standard: 08:30 – 18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays
Flexible: defined to suit your individual requirements, extended over any critical periods or 24*7
